Assisted stretch therapy utilizes guided techniques, including myofascial release, muscle scraping, and ART, to systematically improve flexibility and expand the body's range of motion. It aims to unlock greater physical agility, mobility, and overall functional movement through tailored stretches and support. Stretch therapy benefits include pain reduction, improved sports performance, injury prevention, improved posture, and more. All stretch sessions are fully customized to the client, any injuries they are currently experiencing and/or specific goals they have.
